Well, yesterday was working and i was in the afternoon shift, its starts at 1pm for saturday. I was meeting MX to go work together from yck station, and when i reach yck station, there is no train service since 11.45am, have to wait till 45 mins, there is an accident btw yishun and sembawang. So no train to town. In the end we no choice have to take bus 162 to reach orchard as the journey takes around 1 hour. So we reached my workplace at 1.40pm.
So we rushed everything and faster go to the office as the morning shift waiting for their lunch break. As they having lunch at 1pm. I was in customer service counter for yesterday. Met some strange customers and unreasonable too. Its like the queue is start from in front and we called them from the queue, some customers tot the customer service counter can queue. So we refer them to join the queue from the front. And i met this guy is damn it, he just queue frmo there, and i refer him to join the queue, he somehow cut queue and after that i ask next pls, and go to another counter, and say to me, so ur counter is it open. So i say nicely back to e person, is for customer service counter, not just for payment. Is like wth la, nowadays customers is damn unreasonable too, as tot there is queue in customer service counter, is like cut short the queue and just happily join the customer service queue, pls la, even a uncle which i met few days ago, is like oh shit la, there is queue and my collegues refer him to join the queue in the end happens to be so suay and met the customer when i say next pls, he die die dont want to come over, no matter my collegues say next counter pls, since he dont wan, then forget it, in the end he no choice come over and make payment..As in i care he come over anot for payment.. I dont give a damn on such person. i say nicely and polite to him we have to take the queue from in front, he say we must be flexible cannot be so square. Shit him manz. If everyone like him, sure alot of conflicts among all customers, is like make us more problems. Dont be so unreasonable manz. Though he is elderly so what, have to join the queue alos, have to be fair towards other customers. Haiz, dont say le, anyway this type of customers pls shoo away from me. haaa. Just only spoil my mood manz. People tot customer service also like cashier, pls lo, is to do some exchanges of book, buying of vouchers, redemption counter for free gifts, lost and found items. Only some busy period, just have to help clear the queue from the cashier. To help them up in order to clear the queue. haiz.
AFter knock off from work yesterday, went home together with my part timers collegues. We took train together, wen zhao and i drop off from amk station and we go walk walk to accompany him to wait for mingkang to come and fetch him. So we hav some chat together for awhile till mingkang reached, we go and find him, he drive me home after that. hee. thanks manz.
Just now went to my cousin place for awhile to play with my little niece and bring some stuff over.
Before i end my post, have to say Happy Birthday to Auntie. hope you had enjoy yourself. hee. =)
