Finally tml is my off day, can have some rest but will be meeting my cousins out for shopping. yeah!!
To update my life at work, well i just can say, is quite fun sometimes but have to deal those unreasonable , rude customers. Help my collegue wz, to do the vouchers since he is customer service tat day on monday, and happens to be the customer wan 32 pcs of $5 vouchers. And according to the serial no we have to plus 1 and see how many pcs and to see is it correct. After stamping the date, and count 2 times before givin customer to check is it correct. When the customer check, she insist is 31 pcs. And we double count twice is 32 pcs. And somemore she say seems that u all are inexperienced person. Wth. We dont care about her comments. We ask her to count again,. In the end is 32 pcs. She somehow just take the vouchers and go off. She also forget to take her credit card. Is like somehow have to apologies of what she say. Though she say that we never put according to serial no to let her count. But its not necessarily by serial no u will count correctly. U also have to count one by one. Well, somehow abit angry about it but anyway got human errors too. So i will not blame her too.
Today not much thing happened. But is indeed fun working .. haha. Went to Cine with my collegues to have dinner at long john silver. just now about to closing, got a customer keep talking on the phone, which is at my collegue cashier, and actually got member card. and after paying, she say she got, already process everything by nets. And no void in nets, so my collegue ask to refund in cash. She say she want jacketing instead, as dont wan to have cash refund. omg. And we all no choice, while counting the money for the day, we do the jacketing. Haiz.. somemore ask wan to take out price tag say never mind dont need. in the end say want. omg.
Gotta go take my medicine. my throat is becoming worse manz.
