Since after this Events Stopover starts, my team got quite a few of events on hand. Have been sourcing of places for field trips, and the most big event which cannot have anything go wrong is the upcoming Hongkong vistors coming to my school for tour visit and exchange program.
Been busy since the week starts, which we need to submit a brief powerpoint slides on the field trips which we have been sourcing.. When we present it, one of the supervisor in charge said this field trip cant be on that week or so.. Due to the stock take from MSC outlets.. So non of us can go for any field trips and etc..Is like non of them have told us about the stock take week and just say any day in march..Wat the..!! Been planning since the morning after finished writing minutes.. Then no choice, we have some back up plans for the field trips..
The supervisor for my team Mr Sim, last minute have an event for team 3 and 4.. Then in my team 4, we have to select 3 people.. Then we use uno cards to select.. Those people who get the skip card was involved in the event..So i was one of them, kok wee and guobin for my team was being involved..As for team 3 was ashaari and zhongyi.. So ke lian of me, the only gal..
The last minute event is to guide secondary students to tour around the schools and attend a talk by the design school.. Actually overall still alright lo.. Quite fun when together with the sec sch students and teacher.
Yesterday there was no time for us to sit together to discuss the hong kong visitors proposal due to the last minute event which some of us was involved..So today quickly rush through the proposal due to yesterday there are some problems in msn, so we cant disuss in online..Luckily we have enough time and Mr sim gave us the time to 2pm to submit when he meet us in the project room..
I'm having half day leave today so went to meet up with yuting, Jinxian and siuting for shopping at bugis.. AFter our lunch at Yoshinoya, we went to accompany siuting for interview.. While she having interview, we went to concourse to walk around.. After her interview, we went to bugis village, junction to walk around..I finally can take 5 of my favourite makeover pictures which was included in the package..Then shop around with e gals, and they bought some of their working formal clothes..
Congrats some of my frens going for attachment ..Going to one of the top big 4 or 5 audit firm.. Is really difficult to get in.. Jia you ok!!
And for siuting and Jinxian, finally finished 3 years of poly.. Happy to know that jinxian is working in IRAS and hope siuting can get the job the company she went to for interview just now..The benefits, salary and etc is good and is above poly fresh grads expected pay..
Gonna go and have a good rest le..
